Resolutions adopted at a meeting in Biala. Poland, called by the “Rozwoj” party to protest the Soviet executions of Bishop Butchkovitch and the imprisonment of Bishop Cepliak, provide for the immidiate arrest of all rabbis in Poland.

The resolutions urge the Polish government to notify the Soviet government that the rabbis will be hung unless Bishop Cepliak, under a ten year sentence, is released at once.
