Plans for a European tour by Israel’s Yemenite dance troupe, Inbal, were upset today by a statement from Mrs. Sara Levi Tanai, founder and leader of the troupe, that the troupe would not perform in-Austria and West Germany.
The two countries have already indicated enthusiasm for an appearance by Inbal and it was learned that West German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer had expressed his readiness to- sponsor performances in his country.
