The Warsaw branch of the International Yiddish Pen Club today wired a protest to the Hebrew Pen Club in Tel Aviv against the participation of a number of Palestinian organizations in last week’s incipient riot during the showing of a Yiddish talking film. The Yiddish Pen Club demands that the Hebrew Pen Club take some action against those who insulted the Yiddish language. Both clubs are members of the International Pen Clubs.
