Nearly 600 acres of abandoned English farm land are to be cultivated by juvenile refugees from Germany, it was disclosed here today by the Youth Aliyah society. The society has acquired abandoned farms in the Ashford district of Kent, where the refugees will be trained in agriculture before leaving a year later for Palestine.
