Official figures presented to the Municipal Council here show that the total population of Toronto in 1922 was 529, 083, an increase of 6,841 over 1921. The population includes 156,393 Anglicans, 115,029 Presbyterians, 82,895 Methodists, 57,333 Catholics, 38,031 Jews, 23,453 Baptists, and 2,640 Chinese.
