Members of the Arab Delegation here have received word from Jerualem that the President of the Moslem-Christian Union has decided to proceed with the boycott of the elections for the Legislative Council beginnig today. The Arabs in calling for the boycott charge that the new Palestinian constitution does not adequately safeguard their rights that the Legislative Council will be unrepresentative and that the elections are a “sham”.
