Say Great Relief Organizations Interfere with Or?

After hearing reports from representatives of Ort associations in Poland, Lithuania, Roumania, Bessarabia, England, France, Latvia and Germany, the Ort Conference which opened here Sunday decided to launch more intensive campaigns in the various countries.

Dr. oh. Zhitlowski and M. Bashein, representing the American association, informed the Conference of the plans under way in America for a campaign in the Fall. The American delegates declared it was absolutely necessary in order to raise funds for the Ort, “to remove the obstacles placed by the great old relief organizations.”

The Conference was opened by Leo Bramson. Vladimir Tiomkin presided over the second session.
