Bad Harvest Causes Anti-semitic Feeling Among Ukrainian Peasants

The bad harvest this year in the Ukraine is causing much dissatisfaction among the peasants, and has aroused a feeling of bitterness against the Nepman.

Anti-Semitic feeling is much in evidence in the market places where the Jewish traders buy the products of the peasants.

The Jewish Communists are attempting to counter-act this feeling by arranging meetings among the peasants at which they lecture to them on the necessity of co-operation between them and the Jewish workers, and the identity of their interests.
