The charge of the Zionist Federation of Germany against Theodore Fritssch, the well-known German anti-Semitic author, and publisher of the infamous falsification, “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion” was rejected today by the State District Attorney of Berlin, who refused to prosecute it on the ground that it was insufficient.

Theodore Firtsch, in his introduction to the new edition of the Protocols, made the statement that these Protocols, which he alleges were adopted by the first Zionist Congress in Basle, are still the principles according to which the work of the Zionists is being carried on.

The Zionist Federation is appealing this decision of the District Attorney to the Attorney General.
