Sir Herbert Samuel Leaves for England

Sir Herbert Samuel, British High Commissioner of Palestine, left today for his vacation in England. He is expected to return to Jerusalem at the end of September.

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency understands that while in London, Sir Herbert Samuel will give his full support to the government ordinance establishing Jewish communal autonomy in Palestine, for the purpose of securing the appeal of the British Colonial Office of this ordinance, in spite of the protests of the Sonnenfeld party.
