The correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency has learned from a reliable authority that Count Bethlen, Premier of Hungary, has definitely decided to inaugurate a more liberal policy with regard to Jews, including a modification of the numerus clausus. There will be no immediate nullification of the numerus clausu, but as early as next semester, it is said, Jewish students will be admitted to the universities in a more liberal proportion.
