2600 Jewish emigrants are stranded in Charbin and other ports in the Far East, according to word received here to-day by the Jewish Emigration Directorat.

The Directorat has applied to the American Consul in Riga who is authorized to issue visas for the Russian quarter to extend the possibility of applying for visas for those refugees although they are so far away.
