Latvian Government Permits Refugees to Remain

The Latvian Government has issued an order, permitting a considerable number of Russian Jewish refugees to remain in the country until January, 1925. The majority of refugees holding American visas are unable to proceed to their destination because of the new immigration laws of the United States, and they are unable to return to their homes.
