With the defeat of King Hussein by the Wahabis, the center of the Pan-Arabic movement seems to have changed from Hedjas to Nejd, the Kingdom of Ibn Saud. A conference, the purpose of which is to consider the creation of a Pan-Arabic Confederation, will take place shortly at Ryiad, the capital of Nejd.
