National Socialist Leader Fined for Inciting Anti-jewish Propaganda

A fine of 100 Marks was imposed by the Freiburg court on Robert Wagner, leader of the German National Socialist Party.

Wagner was accused of having publicly declared that “all Jews should be shot.” The charge was that he was guilty of inciting one part of the population against another.
