Plumer Praises Jewish Labor Discipline in Palestine Crisis

Praise for the attitude of Jewish labor in the economic crisis of the country was expressed by Lord Plumer on his visit here. The High Commissioner complimented Jewish labor leaders following his visit to the Workers’ Home. “Palestine Jewry has displayed splendid discipline during the crisis,” he stated.

Lord Plumer commented particularly on the education activity of the labor organizations.

Baron Richtofen, director of the Eastern Department of the German Foreign Office is expected to arrive here tomorrow. Dr. Eeisenstadt, former chief rabbi of Petrograd, arrived here today.
