Expansion of the Y. W. H. A., West One Hundredth Street, New York, was urged by Mrs. Felix M. Warburg, wife of the banker and philanthropist, in an address Saturday in connection with the drive for $5,300,000 being conducted by the New York Federation for Jewish Philanthropic Societies.
