Engineer Moses Novomejski, to whom the concession for the exploitation of the Dead Sea salts has been granted in principle by the British Government, told the correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, when interviewed on the Transjordanian phosphates plan, that the negotiations for this concession have been pending for a number of years.
