Chief Rabbi Jacob Meir, joint Chief Rabbi of Palestine, is one of the signatories with Rabbi Sonnenfeld, the head of the Palestine Agudah, Rabbi Abraham Alter, the famous Gerer Rebbe, Rabbi Israel Friedmann, the Czortkover Rebbe, and hundreds of other Rabbis in many countries, and Agudist leaders to an appeal issued to traditional observant Jews throughout the world, by the Palestine Office (in Frankfurt) of the Agudath Israel World Organisation to assist the Adar month campaign on behalf of the Palestine Funds of the Agudah, the Keren Hayishub and the Keron Eretz Israel.
