Postal authorities today were investigating use of the mails for distribution of a leaflet accusing the Jews of ritual murders and ascribing the deaths of two children in this city in the last three years to these alleged practices. Among those who received the leaflet was the local Y.M.C.A.

The leaflet bears the notation, “printed by Brown and Burrows, 66 Hatton Garden, London, E.C.I.”, and was mailed from England. The envelopes bore English stamps and cancellation marks.

The leaflet carries the title “Jewish Ritual Murder in San Diego”, and charges the Jews with having been responsible for two deaths here. It is signed “An American Citizen.”
