Roman Kutylowski, president of the Gdynia-America line, denied reports that the S.S. Polonia would not make a scheduled sailing from Constanza, Roumania, to Haifa, Palestine, because of restrictions against Jewish immigration now in force in Palestine.

The reports, Mr. Kutylowski said, had their origin in a misinterpretation of the latest rulings of the British authorities at Palestine regarding the quota of Jewish immigrants. The final ruling by the Palestine government allows the Polonia to carry a maximum of 400 immigrants for each of the seaports of Palestine, Haifa and Jaffa.
