The Bavarian Minister of Education today granted permission for the formation of the Jewish Kultur Bund, similar to the organizatioin recently founded in Berlin. He specified, however, that no organization was to stimulate or even tolerate any political ambitions, and do nothing whatver to provoke disturbances among the population.
Shut out as they are from the cultural, political and social life of the country in which they live, the German Jews are forming similar organizations composed only of Jews. The Berlin government has sanctioned the formation of Jewish book publishing concern, a Jewish theater, and a Jewish cultural group.
