Honor Rabbi Magil at Farewell Dinner; Leaves for Buffalo

A farewell banquet in honor of Rabbi Reuben J. Magll who leaves March 1 for a new post at Buffalo, was held at Kokimoh Synagogue. Rabbi William Margolis of Ohab Zadek congregation, New York City, was present. Several synagogue group presented useful gifts to Rabbi Magil. High bribute was paid to the youthfulrabbi by Rabbi Samuel Price, Rabbii Meyer Rosenberg, Rabbi El Gorelick, Rabbi David Max Eichhorn and Rabbi Margolis.

Yielding to numourous reuqests from suburbanites, the performance of “richard of Bordeaux,” will begin at 8:30 and the matinee curtain will rise at 2:30, instead of 8:15 and 2:15.

EXILE SCHOLAR TO DISCUSS GERMAN JEWISH CRISIS

Professor Eduard Heimann, before the Hitler regime one of the best known savants of German academic life, will speak at the Center of teh German Jewsih Club, 21 West 91st Street, Tuesday evening.
