Immigration Permits for Agudath Israel Under New Program

Agudath Israel, orthodox Jewish organization, has reached an agreement with the Immigration Department Executive, of the Jewish Agency, according to Doar Hayom, with regard to the distribution of available immigration permits.

Under a previous agreement the Agudath Israel allotment of certificates were distributed through the Palestine Offices in the Diaspora in the presence of Agudath representatives.

It has now been agreed that the certificates be given to the different territorial organizations of the Agudath for direct distribution at its own discretion.
