The plenary session of Ozet, society for the settlement of Jews on land in the Soviet Union, after adopting resolutions, called upon all affiliated groups to direct their principal attention and financial means to the JAR, the Jewish autonomous region in Biro Bidjan.
The entire conference, the third annual gathering of the Ozet, was devoted to working out plans for Jewish colonization in Biro Bidjan.
