Anti-Semitic demonstrations in March against Elisabeth Bergner, which resulted in withdrawal from the German screen of the British-made film, “Catherine the Great,” will be repeated here, threatens Der Deutsche, if the Bavarian Film Company carries out its intention of presenting another Bergner picture, “Dreamy Lips,” in this city.

A similar fate awaits a second film, “Private Secretary,” whose leading part is played by another Jewish actor, Herr Bressart, the newspaper promises.
