Charges that Nazi youths have established a fort-like structure in Mountainview and have made a practice of assaulting tourists who pass in the vicinity, were made today by William Neuenhaus, orchestra leader at the Mountainview House and member of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars, through his counsel, Robert F. McDermott Jr.

McDermott has announced his attention of referring a recent assault and battery case to the Federal government authorities for further investigation.

Neuenhaus charges that his wife, his brother-in-law and his wife, and he, himself, were assaulted by a group of Nazi-clad youths on the pipeline, at Mountainview, last Saturday night.

A group of six alleged Nazis were fined by Recorder Husk at Mountainview last Monday night. Other assault and battery cases were laid over until this Monday night, so that the Recorder can study the cases thoroughly.
