The annual dinner and Bar Mitzvah exercises of the Pride of Judea Children’s Home will be held on Sunday evening at the Brooklyn Jewish Center, 667 Eastern parkway. Speakers will include Rabbi I. H. Leventhal and Samuel S. Leibowitz. On the program will be the Bar Mitzvah ceremonies and a musical program. Jacob H. Cohen, treasurer of the institution, will serve as toastmaster.
The Pride of Judea Children’s Home, an institution that cares for several hundred orphaned and underprivileged children, is located at Dumont avenue in Brooklyn. The proceeds of the affair will go toward maintenance of the home.
