A proxy written in the Hebrew language is not valid in Germany, even if it comes from Palestine, where Hebrew is one of the official languages of the country, the courts ruled here today.

The ruling was issued in the case of a Palestine firm represented here by proxy. The Central ###n Zeitung, organ of the Ger### Citizens of the Jewish Faith, commenting on the decision, points out that Germany is in close economic contact with Palestine and ### is therefore a question whether the court was justified in invalidating a proxy written in one of the three official languages of Palestine.
