Prof. Albert Einstein and Sir John Ambrose Fleming will receive this year’s Franklin Medal, it was announced here yesterday by the Franklin Institute. The medals will be conferred upon the noted physicists at the institute’s annual Medal Day exercises on May 15

The two scientists will also receive awards of $1,000, representing the income of the Franklin Medal Fund created by a gift from Samuel Insull of Chicago, donor of the medals.
