The National Council of Switzerland in a second poll today approved Swiss participation in the World Olympics to be held in Berlin.

Participation was voted down last week when the National Council refused to grant an appropriation to send a Swiss team to Berlin. This decision was reversed today by a vote of 87 against 58.
