A Jewish lawyer named Dr. Fliess was today sentenced by a court here to serve nine months in jail because he brought a libel action against a lawyer who is a member of the Nazi Party.
The court ruled that the Jew had no right to consider as personal insult an anti-Jewish attack made by the Nazi lawyer, Dr. Kuhlman, in a case during which he voiced objections to the presence in court of a Jewish lawyer.
