Informed quarters today stated that King Edward, in his speech opening the session of Parliament on November 3, will include an announcement of the Government’s policy with regard to the Fascist movement which in recent months has provoked disorders in London’s East End and elsewhere in England.

A ban on political uniforms is expected to be announced by King Edward. Additional measures, including a ban on parades of a definitely political character, are believed to be under consideration. Decisions on these points are expected at tomorrow’s meeting of the Baldwin Cabinet.
