Police brought 14 anti-Semitic rioters in chains to a Lomza jail today following an anti-Jewish outbreak in the township of Zombrow during which the local police were overpowered and many Jews injured.

One Jewish shop was completely destroyed by the rioters during the disturbances and a number of homes badly damaged. Police reinforcements from Lomza finally restored order.

Members of the outlawed National Radical Party staged anti-Jewish attacks in the township of Suchota, in East Galicia, newspapers reported today.
