A crowd of 100 Nationalists today raided the Wilner Tog, a Jewish newspaper, smashed its windows, cut telephone wires and beat up a printer, Alex Schweikel. The printer was taken to the hospital, where he is reported in serious condition.

Zalmon Rejzen, editor of an internationally used lexicon of Yiddish literature, is editor of the paper.

The attack followed disorders at Wilno University in which twenty Jewish students and Jewish lecturer were wounded. The university was closed indefinitely by the authorities.
