THE WILL OF ISSAK OCHBERG, PROMINENT JEWISH FINANCIER AND PHILANTHROPIST, WHO DIED AT SEA ON SATURDAY WHILE RETURNING TO SOUTH AFRICA, BEQUEATHS $125,000 FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A FUND TO SETTLE POOR JEWS IN PALESTINE, $50,000 FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE HEBREW UNIVERSITY IN JERUSALEM AND $50,000 TO PROVIDE DOWRIES FOR JEWISH GIRLS RESCUED FROM POLISH POGROMS. MR. OCHBERG WAS 58 YEARS OLD.
