Prof. Benjamin Akzin, head of the political department of the New Zionist Organization, and Dr. M. Schwartzman, member of the organization’s presidency, have resigned their positions, but are retaining their membership in the organization. Both advocated re-uniting the N.Z.O. with the World Zionist Organization, from which the dissident group split in 1933.
