Nazi Paper Calls Pope Jew

The newspaper of Nazi storm troopers, The S. A. Mann, today asserted that Pope Pius XI was of Jewish origin, and that his opposition to Nazi racial ideas was thus explained. “The Pope formerly called himself Achille Ratti, and Ratti was of Jewish descent, according to statements made in 1935 by an ecclesiastic to one of our readers,” the newspaper said.
