The Hamburg America Line today announced that the 21 German and Austrian refugees aboard the S.S. Orinoco, hitherto refused admittance to Mexico by the authorities because their passports were not in order, will be able to land when the ship docks at Vera Cruz. The refugees were not permitted to land when the ship touched Tampico.
