Ambassador Daniels Asks Aid for Refugees

An appeal for admission of refugees by countries able to take them was coupled with an attack on anti-Semitism by United States Ambassador Josephus Daniels at an Independence Day luncheon of the American colony here. The luncheon was attended by high Mexican Government officials and the diplomatic representatives of many countries.
