Because of recent political events, the World Union of Jewish Students has entrusted its American section with the direction of its affairs. A temporary office has been established in Geneva among whose tasks is keeping contact with the union’s representatives in various countries.

Meanwhile, the International Students Organization and International Institute for Intellectual Cooperation, in which the Jewish union is represented, have sent a delegate to Yugoslavia, Hungary and Rumania to study the situation of refugee students in these countries.
