Finland is permitting embarkation from Petsamo for refugees in Lithuania and Sweden bound for the United States, according to information received today by the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association from Lithuania. This will spare holders of American immigration visas the necessity of proceeding from Baltic and Scandinavian countries to the United States via the Far East.
