The nominating petition of Joseph E. McWilliams, anti-Semitic “American Destiny Party” candidate for Congress in Yorkville, who is serving a workhouse sentence for disorderly conduct, was thrown out today by the Board of Elections. Chairman S. Howard Cohen said that more than 30 per cent of the 4.449 signatures were of persons who were not registered voters.
