Emulating the Vichy pattern, the Rumanian government established a Commissariat for Jewish Affairs and appointed M. Danulescu, undersecretary of State, as commissioner of this department, according to information received here today by Free Rumania circles.
Danulescu is known as a notorious anti-Semite. He has been in charge of enforcing the regulations for Jewish forced labor in Rumania.
