Anti-Jewish and Fascist propaganda coupled with anonymous demands for a negotiated peace have suddenly received a new impetus in England, especially in Liverpool, where walls and sidewalks are being chalked with such inscriptions, it was reported here today.
It is believed that the revived Fascist activity is due to the fact that the district leaders of Mosley’s party have all been released from prison on the basis that they are no longer dangerous. Many members of the British parliament today expressed the opinion that the generous policy of the British Government in having these Mosleyites released has proven unjustified. They emphasized that a wholesale re-internment of the leaders of the British Fascist Party must be carried out since the released fascists have violated their word of honor given upon release.
