Demobilized Jewish veterans of the Czech Army in Italy, who enlisted while residents of Palestine, are being prohibited by the British from returning to Palestine, because they allege that the Czech soldiers originally entered the country illegally, it was learned here today.

The British attitude is the only thing barring the veterans from returning home, as the Czechoslovak Government is furnishing transportation for all demobilized soldiers to the point where they enlisted.
