Rabbi Philip S. Bernstein, of Temple B’rith Kodesh in Rochester, N.Y., who recently retired as executive director of the Committee on Army and Navy Religions Activities of the Jewish Welfare Board, has left for London to participate in the United Palestine Appeal campaign in Britain, the UPA here announced today.
