The Mexican Government has banned a number of recent meetings of the “Golden Shirts,” a pro-fascist anti-Semitic organization here, following protests by the B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation League in Mexico.

The “Golden Shirts” activities were declared illegal during the war. The Jewish press here has asked whether the government has lifted the war-time ban, because the organization has held a number of public meetings.
