Nineteen Jews from a DP camp near Innsbruck today went on trial before a French military court on charges of having participated in a clash which ended in the death of one Jew and the wounding of three others. The battle broke out last month when a group of Irgunists attempted to release three of their members held in the camp by the Haganah, which had halted them from disrupting schedules for the assembling of DP’s in Italy in preparation for clandestine sailings for Palestine.
