U.S. Civil Service Commission Names Seven to Fair Employment Practices Board

The U.S. Civil Service Commission today appointed a seven-man Fair Employment Practices Board to carry out an anti-discrimination program in the Federal Government, under terms of an executives order issued by President Truman on July 26. The hoard’s chairman is Guy Moffett, retired official of the Civil Service Commission and a former White House Aide.
